In a partnership arrangement we have provided event management coordination services to the above event utilizing our event management skills to provide corporate standard hospitality to over 800 guests in one day which is some feat!
 

Bid Compilation
Unex Towerlands expressed an interest to host the European Show Jumping and Dressage Championships in 2009 prior to the London Olympics in 2012.
Alan Beaumont management coordinated the Unex Towerlands teams bid, providing the tools necessary to present such a prestigious bid to the relevant governing bodies and federations. BSJA, BEF, BD, UK Sport etc.

FIM World Championship Motocross Grand Prix
Hosted at Porter’s Pit, Desertmartin Northern Ireland, on the August Bank Holiday Weekend, the Motocross Grand Prix of Northern Ireland is sure to attract those looking to experience a world class event within Northern Ireland. Over 80 riders from more than 20 nations will be competing across two classes at a track voted by the riders themselves as one of the best in the world.

Alan Beaumont Management has been retained in a partnership arrangement to provide event management coordination services to this World Class event.

Water-ski World Cup - Enniskillen, Northern Ireland
In a partnership arrangement we have provided event management coordination services to the above World class event, utilizing our management skills to bring over 80 athletes from world wide locations to the right location, on time and within budget and then safely delivering them home again.

Belfast International Horse Show

A 5***** World Cup Standard International Horse Show.

  • Planned and managed to international standards.
  • Held at the State of the Art Odyssey Arena Belfast.
  • Offers spectators a feast of Equestrian competition.
  • A blend of unique and amazing entertainment and world class showjumping.
  • Promoted by Equestrian Sports Promotions.
Easibed Scope Festival of Showjumping

A showjumping event, planned and managed to international standards, commissioned by Scope Promotions (Equestrian) Limited.

  • Held at Stafford County Showground.
  • 5 show jumping arenas, 1600 on site stables, associated trade stand exhibitors.
  • 5000 competitors and associates on site daily.
  • Hospitality unit catering for up to 600 corporate guests per day.

Luidam

An International press marketing and management campaign for Olympic Short-listed show jumping stallion Luidam. This project included editorial features in national and international press throughout Europe. The contact also includes for a complete management system from handling and vetting of nominations, semen collection, storage, despatch and distribution. October 1st status management and covering certification and registration are also included within the project. All the above issues are handled by ambpm and release the owner/rider from the ancillary tasks allowing them to concentrate on their true business.

e-Festival

One of the biggest ICT events to be planned for the UK, planned and managed to international standards, commissioned by e-Festival Limited.

  • Held at Stoneleigh Park, Coventry.
  • Over 4 exhibition and trade stand areas totalling nearly 20,000 square meters.
  • Hospitality unit catering for up to 200 corporate guests per day.
  • On site hotel accommodation and camping.

City of Chester International Horse Show

A showjumping event, planned and managed to international standards, commissioned by Chester City Council and Scope Promotions (Equestrian) Limited.

  • An event held on Chester Racecourse.
  • 4 showjumping arenas, 500 on site stables, associated trade stands and exhibitors.
  • 2000 competitors and associates on site daily.
  • Public attendances of up to 4,500 per day.
  • Hospitality unit catering for up to 600 corporate hospitality guests per day.
